• If the room was occupied we have to ring the bell and we have to say house keeping if guest will not open
the door we have to ring the bell 3 times and we have to get into to the room.
• MINIBAR SET
• we have to keep in minibar 3 alcholic beverages ,2 soft beverage,1 silk,1 fruit juice &water bottle.
• VACCUMING GUEST FLOOR
• We have to vaccum the guest room in every corners and bed down side and floor.
• SPECIAL ROOM SET-UP
• In special room if guest request the another extra bed we have to set the extra bed in guest request room.
KITCHEN
• How to squeeze juices.
• I have learn how to squeeze the watermelon,mix fruits,and vegetable juice and sweet lime &orange juice.
• How to cut fruits.
• I have learn how to cut the froots for guests and ala kart order.
• How to prepare Buffet.
• How to setup omlet counter.
• We have to set up all the condiments and pans,salt &pepper and egg yolk and egg white.
• How to setup fruit counter.
• Any 4 fruits should be peel and keep in the fruit counter and any 5 types of whole fruits also.
• How to setup maggi counter.
• I have learn how to set the maggi counter of condiments ,salt,pepper and pan &soup.
• How to set Cheese plater.
• We have to set any 4 types of cheeses and we have to decorate the cheese plater with fruits and dry fruits.
• How to set cerals.
• Refilling buffet.
• If the hard buffet was empty we have to refill the dish ahd fruits etc.
FRONT-OFFICE
1.How to greet the Guest
have to greet the guest with the warm wishes with good morning,goodevening,and good afternoon.
2.How to Escort the guest with Luggage.
We have to escort the guest with his luggage and we have to explain were was the restaurant ,spa,pool area to the guest in
between on going to the room ,after getting to the room we have to explain what was there in a room.
3.How to remove departure reg –cards.
We have to remove all the departaure reg cards from the buckets.
3.How to slot bills.
We have to sloth the bills in room wise in the buckets.
4.How to put newspapers.
Hotel will prefer 5 types of news papers as the guest preferance I will hang the newspaper to the door handle of the room.
5.How to slot check-in reg-cards in buckets.
We have to sloth the check in reg cards in the room number wise in the buckets.
6.How to keep the desk clean and in right order.
I have to keep the desk clean with clearing the dustbins and I have to keep 1 pencil, 1 eraser to one system and we have to
check stapler pins in the staplers and charge the edc machines .
7.How to treat Guests.
Assistance eith leisure program.
If a guest ask were is the restaurant ,spa, swimming pool ,we have to escoer the guest to what he wants.
