Our activities:
We sell: we delivered well over 400 Cat equipment,
250 Ford vehicles /Golden Shovel Award in 1999/
We rent: Rental Fleet currently run up to 50 units
Service Facilities: 1,850 sq.m. repair shop, Track
press, Hydraulic hose assembly/ disassembly machine,
hydraulic cylinder bench, overhead cranes
Field Service: The heavy-duty field service trucks,
equipped with cranes, on-board welding equipment,
parts and tool beans. Mobile diagnostic tools
Parts: 1,675 sq.m. Parts warehouse, over 8,000 line
item parts, ACCPAC inventory management and parts
expediting system, over US$4.0 Mln worth of parts in
inventory

We perform all daily maintenance. Excludes GET,

BGC provides Shop, Lube Truck, Fueling.
We provide Labor, Parts, Vehicles and tools.
BGC is responsible for Waste Disposal
2 PM technicians on site at any given shift, 24/7.

Will be done in our main shop in UB.

Warranty Repairs include Travel Time and

Parts and Labor on the PM Contract is fixed
for the duration of the contract.

Manufacturer’s Prices.
Parts Support
Major components for 773E and 5110B are
maintained at main distribution center in UB.
PM elements, oil lubes and GET consumables
and other minor spares are stocked on-site. We
have a Cat Support Program in place.
Project Management
We provide all CSA Management.
BGC provides “Contract Technicians”
Management.
We currently provide all “Management
Reports” for BGC Management. This will
migrate over time, to the Customer.
