INTRODUCTION
The Student Management System can handle all the
details about a student. The details include Student
name, roll no, address etc
Student Management System is a web Application that
is helpful for students as well as School authorities.
It can be used by education institutes to maintain the
records of students easily.
In the current system, all the activities are done
manually. It is very time consuming and costly.[1]
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The student management system were facing many
difficulties regarding maintenance, the record of
information, record of their grades in various
students and teachers management.
Using a manual System to manage the students
which records all the information and in the book
or paper was causing the job of the teacher
becomes more troublesome.
The record has a possible missing or destroys when
happening any accidents. While now the school
should use the computer to manage student
information.[2]
OBJECTIVE
The proposed system is aimed at removing the
drawbacks of the existing systems. The main
objectives of the project are:
To Reduce the paperwork and storage area.
To Improve accuracy in results.
To Save time and work load for staff and students.
To Maintenance of student records.
To Searching student records easily.
METHODOLOGY
Requirement identification:
o In this web application, the admin should
register student records.
o In this web application a student should check
their bio-data and update their few profile.
o The administrator will be published and
student’s details will be updated.
o The admin will add, remove and update the
teacher and student database via this web
application.
STUDY OF EXISTING SYSTEM
The primary goal of the system analyst is to improve the
efficiency of the existing system.
o Student Management System:
A student management system(SMS), school administration
software capable of registering student courses, documenting
grading, transcripts of academic achievement.[3]
o College Management System:
The college management system project is a smart and
effective way to store records of the student based on the
college and moderators of that college. The main target of this
project is to target the student information according to the
college moderators.[4]

FEASIBILITY STUDY
A feasibility study is conducted to identify the best system
that meets the entire requirement. Feasibility is the study of
impact, which happens in the organization by the
development of a system. The impact can be either positive
or negative. It can be performed in three way.

HIGH LEVEL OF SYSTEM DESIGN
In this project, we decide to make a student management
system web application. Following are the system design
of the system:
Create an accounts
Login to the system
Navigate the student menu
Select an item from the menu
Select students and anyone

After the completion of the project, we are expecting the
following outputs which will minimize the problems as
