Board of Education in 1954 which ruled racial segregation in public schools unconstitutional. It also lists legislative acts such as the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 1972. Summary
During this project, researching all of these acts, events, reports, initiatives one of the things I
learned the most or was surprised about was that so many presidents played a key roll in these
moments in history. The first 2 events that are based off of the other one is Brown Vs. Board of
Education and the Clinton 12, the Clinton 12 wouldn’t be possible without Brown Vs Board of
Education. Another 2 events that were based off of the other is Elementary and Secondary Education
Act and No Child Left Behind, NCLB was actually a reauthorization of the ESEA.
