What is Work Stress?
Work stress is defined as stress that
is generated due to conflicting
demands in one's job.

• We visited LankaBangla & the senior officer of Human
Resource Division named Mr. Arif Hossain cooparated
with us. And We found various types work related job
stress.
• Mr. Arif mentions us why people feel work stress within the
organization and how they solve those problems in a
proper way.
