Our Terms & Conditions
1. Chauffeurs are in uniform and carry cell phones.
2. The above rates are based on current fuel rate, any hike will attract fuel charges.
3. Toll taxes, Parking, Interstate taxes or any other tax introduced by the Govt. of India
would be charged on actual.
4. Service tax payable to Gov. of India applicable on above tariff.
5. Rate of outstation trip @ extra km. rate mentioned above for a minimum billing of 250
Kms / day.
6. Hrs and Kms are chargeable from Garage to Garage.
7. Beyond 5 hrs/50kms will be billed at 8hrs/80kms.
8. Major cities out station is 300km per day .
9. Details will be send by the sms and by mail to the guest and the booker 2hrs prior
confirmation will be send in 15 Min).
10. Venus Rent A Car Pvt Ltd. has GPS based billing System in all the cars in pan India.
11. Any cancellation in Mumbai should be mailed 2 hrs prior & pan India one day prior.
12. Venus provides service to the clients 24 *7 operation.
13. Routing list is always attached with the Duty slip when providing the bills to the
Castrol Oil .
14. Credit limit is 30days after submitting the bills.
