Mineral: Copper & gold Type of the mine: Porphyry Exploration history: Mapping, soil and rock sampling, ground magnetic survey, IP/R survey and RVC/ diamond drilling (6 holes). IP/R PoleDipole survey (11 lines, totally 43 km) completed in August 2008. The lines crossed the area of an Au-Cu anomaly. The average depth of the hole was 100 - 300m. TransBank has been operating in the Mongolia's banking and financial market for 13 years and currently has more than 100 employees. TransBank is a full service bank providing financial services such as: transaction services; disbursement of loans; purchase or sale of securities; foreign exchange operations; provision of financial and investment consulting services; acceptance of deposits; receipt of valuables into custody; and provision of payment guarantees to third parties.

OU Technology a subsidiary of OU Group provides high quality mobile satellite services with flexible rates and also a telecom infrastructure rental service to Mongolian telecom and mobile operators. Currently OU Technology s main business lines are in the following sectors: SATELLITE INTERNET AND MOBILE SATELLITE SERVICE The company offers mobile and fixed connectivity services from Inmarsat, Iridium and Thuraya through a network of Vizada company, which was formed by the merger of Telenor Satellite Services and France Telecom Mobile Satellite Communications, to all governmental organizations and mining companies in Mongolia. TELECOM INFRASTRUCTURE RENTAL SERVICE The company owns around 400 km of telecom pole infrastructure and 100 km of fiber optical backbone in Ulaanbaatar City, capital of Mongolia. The largest Mongolian mobile operators currently rent our infrastructure. CONSUMER ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS - SALES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE In 2010, we entered into an exclusive dealership agreement with Arcelik A.S., which is the 3rd largest manufacturer of white goods in Europe with production facilities in Turkey, Russia, Romania and China. We also became the official distributor of GRUNDIG, one of the most well known electronic product brands in Europe. We provide sales and European standard after-sales services for all GRUNDIG products to our Mongolian customers.
