• Flipkart Internet Private Limited is an e-commerce company based in Bengaluru, India. Founded by Sachin Bansal
and Binny Bansal in 2007.
• The company initially focused on book sales, before expanding into other product categories such as consumer
electronics, fashion, and lifestyle products.
• The service competes primarily with Amazon's Indian subsidiary, and the domestic rival Snapdeal . As of March
2017, Flipkart held a 39.5%market share of India's e-commerce industry.
• Flipkart is significantly dominant in the sale of apparel, and was described as being "neck and neck" with Amazon
in the sale of electronics and mobile phones.
• Flipkart also owns PhonePe , a mobile payments service based on the Unified Payments Interface.

PROCESS OF SELECTION
Flipkart conducts around 4 rounds to select fresher in their organization-
• Online coding or telephonic round- In this round the candidates are presented with 3 coding
questions which are very easy to moderate. The whole round is conducted 60 minutes long.
• Multiple technical rounds-
ROUND 1- It’s a personal interview round which largely consists of aptitude test and
algorithmic problems.
ROUND 2- It’s machine coding round which is conducted 90 minutes long.
• Hiring manager round- It consists of hard algorithmic and DS related problems along with the
discussion of projects & also how to use the technologies.
• HR round- It’s conducted to know about the candidates , their strength and weaknesses.
