Uber Eats launched in Bangladesh in April 2019 but discontinued operations in June 2020. It faced challenges from other competitors in the market that offered similar services and partnerships without establishing a unique selling proposition or brand positioning through marketing. To sustain in Bangladesh, Uber Eats could have done vast promotional campaigns, offered sponsorships, and established a unique selling proposition to gain a competitive advantage.
