Ana-Pana-Sati Meditation
 In Ancient Pali language
 ‘Ana’ …means ‘in-coming-breath’
 ‘Pana’…means ‘out-going-breath’
 ‘Sati’…means ‘be-one-with’

“Ana-Pana-Sati” means
“Be With The Breath”

Meditation – How to do ?
 Sit in a comfortable posture and relax your body
 Close your eyes, clasp your hands and cross your
legs
 Observe your natural incoming and outgoing
breath
 Routine thoughts of the mind must be cut right
away
 DO NOT take deep breath or hold your breath
 DO NOT chant any mantra
 DO NOT visualize any form of deity

 When we are with the breath, the mind becomes
empty !

 When the mind becomes empty, huge amount of


Cosmic Energy floods in to the physical body !

 When the physical body is saturated with cosmic


energy, the third eye potential becomes kinetic !
Breath – The Guru
 No Special ‘Guru’ is required for Meditation
Your Breath is Your Guru

 Anyone must Meditate for a duration equal to


his/her age
 For Example: A 30-year-old person should meditate for 30
minutes in one sitting

 Anyone, at any time, can do Mediation at any place


 For Example: At work place, when you are very stressed
out
 While Traveling in a bus, train…
