INTRODUCTION
Inspired by their love for cooking and observing the culinary
trends, students from Samuel Christian College (SCC)
decided to start a business. They focused on Champorado, a
Filipino dish made with sweet glutinous rice and cocoa
powder, noticing Filipinos' strong affinity for rice and sticky
rice desserts. Champorado, a sweet chocolate rice porridge
with historical roots in the galleon trade, was named "The
Champorado Spot." The aim is to offer diverse flavors of
champorado for breakfast or dessert, catering to various
tastes.
