1. Fire Safety & Risk Assessment
 MACE is carrying out Safety Audits for industries .Audit report offers a comprehensive
guidance in improvement on health, safety and environmental issues for industries
 Safety Audit is carried out by our Safety experts who examine safety systems, facilities and
activities of the organization. They assess the prevailing hazards, level of prevention,
protection, emergency preparedness and subsequently prepare a recommendation to
upgrade safety levels to avert mishaps and limit the consequences.

2. Supplier Up-gradation Program

 T2 VSA (Vendor System Audit) & MSDP (Manufacturing System Development Program)
 Its based on Maruti Suzuki Assessment criteria and to fulfill 16 clauses for the scope of
improvement in manufacturing excellence.
 In 2017 –2018 Mace audited 1024 supplier out of 1663

3. Consultation
 MPS (Maruti Production System) activity is based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing
like optimization of resources by eliminating waste in the manufacturing processes.
 Currently 45 supplier partners are going under MPS program
 The MPS Projects are mostly related to improvements in Productivity, Quality, Cost and
Delivery, Energy Conservation and TEI. Its objectives is to make the process more efficient
and by optimum utilization of resources, thus reducing the wastages.
 MEP (Manufacturing Excellence Program)
 Up-gradation of Tier 1 & Their cluster T2 supplier for manufacturing excellence world
class stature, ability to provide high quality, competitive price products & services not just
MSIL but in globally .
 151 supplier partners are going under this program
