INTRODUCTION
Online job portal is an Online Application which connects between job provider and jobseeker
In today’s dynamic and competitive Job market , finding the right employment opportunity is a
challenging task for a jobseeker. Also finding a good employee is difficult task for jobprovider.
Hence the Job-portal project aims to address these challenges by providing online
platform that Connect job recruiter and jobseeker in a user friendly manner.

❖ In the current system , all jobseekers to send their resumes or information through postal mail or use
person to person personal g-mail which take long time to send their requirement
❖ Nowadays different sector of job are allocated in various website.
❖ Maximum job-portal website are not available free they are added subscription to purchase .
❖ In few website fake jobs are create.
❖ Keeping in mind this type of problem I develop this online job-portal website.
❖ This Job-portal website has the potential to make the job providing process easier.

FUTURE WORK
In this project only fire a jobseeker is allowed but hire a jobseeker
is not allowed , so this can be improved in my future work.
Another things , resume upload is an important task for a
jobseeker , so I will add a resume builder function in my website.
Also I will add a option in which a jobseeker get more
information about interview and prepare as a best way .
CONCLUSION
This online job portal project offers numerous advantages to job seekers and job-provider.
The There is a DATABASE which is maintained by the admin in which all the credentials of job-
provider and job seeker with complete information is stored .
By creating a user-friendly platform and incorporating essential features, this project contributes to a
more streamlined and effective job search and recruitment process.
