Project Overview
MPS@DC developed Lease Management System:
• To tracks lease-related statuses for both types of properties:
• State Government-Owned Property
• Development Authority Purchased and Owned Properties
• To streamline lease management
• Enabling receipt and status checks of lease rent payments.
• Handle payment calculations, lease renewals, and transfers
efficiently.
Scope

• Pilot in process with Gwalior Development Authority
• Lease NOC : Under Testing (Expected Go-Live – 05 th
July 2024)
• Lease Renewal: Under Testing (Expected Go-Live – 05th July 2024)
• Lease Transfer: Under Development (Expected Go-Live – 22nd July 2024)
• Lease Rent to Free Hold: To be developed, requirement gathering in process

Lease Renewal
Features:
• Pre-Checks available at time of application
• When a Property Owner Can Apply for Renewal

• Made within 6 months prior to the renewal due date
• When a Property Owner Cannot Apply for Renewal
• Any other request in progress like NOC, Transfer.
• Lease Rent Unpaid

Lease Transfer
Lease transfer online under 3 conditions:
• Transfer Permission
• Direct registry(without permission)
• On Death of lease property owner
Features:
• Enable citizen (Primary Property Owner) to fill the details online.
• Makers verifies the details, add pending payment heads
• Revenue officer (Checker) verifies
• Owner makes the due payment
• Maker will verify the payment
• Checker will verify the payment and issue the letter
