“Laptop and Desktop Management System Project ” is a web-based
application that is developed in PHP and MySQL servers.
It helps customers to book laptops or desktops online. “Laptop and
Desktop Management System” contain data on products related to
laptop and desktop.
The main purpose of the “Laptop and Desktop Management System” is
to systematically record, store and update recorded data.
The proposed system is a completely integrated online system.
It automates manual procedures in an effective and efficient way.

“Laptop And Desktop Rental Management System” is a web-based application
that is developed in PHP and MYSQL servers. It helps customers to book
laptops and desktops online. “Laptop and Desktop rental management system”
contain data on products related to laptop and desktop.

Admin Module
1. Dashboard: In this section, admin can view the brief details of total products which is available for rent and view
booking details in briefs.
2. Brand: In this section, admin can manage brands (Add/Update/Delete).
3. Products: In this section, admin can manage laptop and desktop (Add/Update/Delete).
4. Pages: In this section, the admin can manage about us and contact us pages.
5. Reg Users: In this section, admin can view detail of registered users.
6. Booking For Rent: In this section, admin can view total new booking, total approved booking, total unapproved booking
and all booking. Admin has also right to approve and un approved the booking.
7. Report: In this section, admin can views how many booking has been received, counts of booking and sales of booking in
particular period.
8. Search: In this section, admin can search laptop and desktop booking by users name and Booking Number.
also update his profile, change the password and recover the password. Admin with help of icon bell see the notification
of new booking.

overdue rentals, etc.

CONCLUSION
Software is said to have attained its objective only when it meets all the requirements of the user, further
the user himself is the person to judge the success of the system.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the system is fully functional and works effectively and
efficiently. The system has been tested with simple data to cover all possible options and checked for all
outputs.
Renting allows users to pay only for the time they need a device, avoiding the cost of purchasing and
depreciating hardware, making it a budget-friendly option.
The ability to easily scale up or down the number of devices based on project needs provides significant
flexibility for businesses.
Rental services often offer access to the newest laptop and desktop models, eliminating the need to
constantly invest in new hardware to stay updated.
Many rental companies include maintenance and technical support as part of the rental fee, reducing the
burden on users.
Renting mitigates the risk of obsolescence as users can easily swap out outdated devices for newer models
when needed.
