schedule, notifies the team. Celin Anderson is updated by a Project Manager during the weekly meeting.

 Design Change Requests:


Kitchen layout mid project change.
• Action Plan: The architect sends revised blueprints to the Project Manager over email. Daily meetings are
there for briefing the Construction Team. During weekly reviews, Celin(Owner) gets an update about new
timelines.
 Municipal Inspections :
Plumbing scheduled for inspection.
• Action Plan: The inspection checklist is emailed to them by Compliance Officer. You report and share with
Celin the results and summarize them for the Project Manager. Pending tasks are followed up by WhatsApp
notifications.

 Supply Chain Issues:


Subcontractor who performed flooring reports delays.
• Action Plan: Phone call to Site Supervisor, immediately. Email sent by the Project Manager about calendar
adjustments. During the next weekly meeting Celin is briefed.
