Things we do to achieve YOY growth..
● Pin code wise market mapping with executive (Within 50 km of executive base location)
● Cohort creation at the start of quarter
● Minimum 40 CP per executive is mandate
● Daily 7 unique CP visit is mandatory (Manually tracking), 4 times physical visit to per CP
which increased CP retention it was 74% in March
● Buddy training program for new ASMs and executives to understand custom
● Monthly Product Training for all team which is improving our range selling skills
● Target setting and target distribution happen in first 3 days of the month
● Every month we launch new Slab based discount offers and communicate to each CP
● We conduct dedicated sales event with some extra discounts for CPs to increase order
value and retention
● CP engagement GTM like Jackpot scheme (Gifts to some CP through Lottery system)
