X-FORM
1-5
X-form One
Step 1. Step to left forward stance, left
downward block.
Step 2. Step left foot back to right back
stance, right inside block.
Step 3. Shift to right forward stance,
alternate punch (left-right).
Step 4. Left frontal kick falling to left
forward stance, lunge punch. Sai!!!
X-form Two
Step 1. Step to right forward stance, right
upper block.
Step 2. Step right foot back to right back
stance, left outside block.
Step 3. Shift to right forward stance, alternate
punch (right-left)
Step 4. Right frontal kick falling to right forward
stance, lunge punch, Sai!!!
X-form Three
Step 1. Step to left cat stance, facing to 90
degrees to the left, left knife hand block.
Step 2. Left snap kick falling to left forward
stance, right knife hand chop.
Step 3. Right frontal kick falling to right
forward stance, alternate punch (left-right)
Sai!!!
X-form Four
Step 1. Turn 180 degrees left back stance, left
double hand block.
Step 2. Shift to left forward stance, right upper
elbow strike.
Step 3. Right frontal kick falling forward turning
body 90 degrees to the left to straddle stance,
right outside elbow strike, Sai!!!
X-form Five
Step 1. Turn 180 degrees facing at the back
step to left cat stance, left chicken beak block.
Step 2. Shift to left forward stance, left snap
chop.
Step 3. Execute right inside elbow strike,
Step 4. Step to right bird stance.
Step 5. Fall to right forward stance execute
downward left punch, Sai!!!
Step 6. Back to normal stance.
