Acknowledgment of country
• I would like to acknowledge the traditional Aboriginal
Custodians of the land where I am and having the
meeting today – the Gadigal people who have been
taking care of this land for more than 70,000 of years. I
would like to thank them for looking after the land that
I have lived on, worked on and studied on for the last 2

Keys takeaway in practice: Stay upholding the

Challenges/Improvement:
• The first few weeks was challenging
when I was not too familiar with my
teammates and FEs. Tuckman’s
groupwork model and culture humility
helped.
• Interpersonal and Communication
skills: need to sharpen active
listening, writing skills and articulate
expressing thoughts and ideas.
