Priest: Dearly beloved children, let us renew
the promises of our Holy Baptism, by
which we once renounced Satan and his
works, and promised to serve God
faithfully in the Holy Catholic Church.
Therefore:
Priest: Do you renounce sin, so as to live in
the freedom of God’s children?

refuse to be mastered by
