Job Description – Logistics & Supply Chain Intern
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Inventory & Warehouse Management – Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory control,
and support warehouse operations to improve efficiency.
2. Logistics Coordination – Track shipments, manage order processing, and optimize
transportation routes to reduce transit costs.
3. Supp ly Chain Data Analysis – Analyze logistics data, track key performance
indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for decision-making.
4. Vendor & Supp lier Coordination – Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
5. Compliance & Documentation – Ensure adherence to customs regulations, safety
standards, and logistics policies while handling shipping and transport documentation.
6. Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies in logistics operations and propose cost-
effective solutions to improve workflow.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations
teams to streamline supply chain processes.
