History Of Gilgit Baltistan
GB’S had a long and turbulent history
despite the remoteness of the
regions ,the people of the GB’S have
never been completely isolated from the
events taking place in Central Asia, India,
Persia or china.
PRE-HISTORY
the earliest people of GB’S can be traced
back to approximately the 5 millennium
B.C it is believed they practiced a religion
based on the worship of mountains

The Wild World OF GB
• Consist of several types of animal and
herbs . That includes mountain Ibex ,
chakor and ram chakor , snow leopard
brown bear etc found in various regions
of GB.
• Some herbs that include tumuro(a type
of tea), sea buckthorn, ishkeen etc are
used to cure several types of diseases .
