Al Kamil power plant site is located
about 25km northwest of Al Kamil town
in the Sharqiya region.
Entry from the north side and
emergency exit is available in west
side.

Vehicle Movement At Site
Only vehicles which are necessary for the
work will be allowed to enter the site.
All vehicles on site will be checked before
entry and exit by security staff
Driver should be competent and have a
valid license from Royal Oman Police(ROP)
and same will be confirmed by security.
Maximum speed limit of 10KM/h will be
adhered to at all times on site.
All large vehicles like..
Cranes,Tankers,platforms.. etc. must
travel in a planned route and under the
personal supervision of designated person
only.

Responsibility
 Use only authorized thumb drives/USB by Site ICS engineer
 Don’t write down passwords
 Be careful how you dispose of anything that might contain
sensitive information
 Never transmit secure information over an unsecured devices
 Properly label removable media such as CDs, USBs or DVDs
 All removable media intended to be used inside plant are
subjected to be sanitized by ICS Engineer before use under
Company ICS procedure
 All Notebook computers intended to connect to Plant ICS
system shall be handed over to ICS engineer for security
checks before performing connection
 Make sure your Notebook antivirus is updated before use in
Plant ICS system

Your Responsibilities
Make sure that you have been issued with a gate
pass at gate house before going to work place
Inform control room before starting any work
Make sure you have appropriate safety
document before starting work.
Ensure that you are on the correct
plant/apparatus before starting work.
Ensure equipment is made safe to work.
Report all accidents , near miss or unsafe act /
condition to the shift charge engineer at control
room.
Report any Vulnerability of your laptop or USB to
ICS engineer

Anticipating/found any Dangers, leave work
place and inform control room.
Maintain General safety while working
Smoking is not allowed inside the site
Always use the correct PPEs for the Job
Always use correct tools for the job
Always seek safe access
Keep the site tidy
Don’t use mobile phones inside the PRT area
and Off base gas filter skid.
