Job Description
As a member of the Investment Compliance team at Voya IM, your main responsibility will be to ensure investment policy compliance by checking investment restrictions against funds exposure. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. You will be responsible for reading fund prospectuses, investment policies, and investment policy statements to extract applicable investment restrictions. Additionally, you will need to understand and amend existing coded rules on the BlackRock Aladdin platform, as well as code new rules with testing to ensure accurate results. Your role will also involve routine review of existing clients" investment guidelines, implementing changes in compliance master, and investigating valid breaches to rule out invalid breaches for accurate delivery. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with various parts of the organization and develop efficient working relationships.
