Key Responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with client operations and actively participate in audit meetings with the client team - Summarize the outcomes of client meetings and ask questions for clarification as needed - Assist in preparing balance sheet files at the end of the year by processing data received from clients following team guidelines - Validate documents received from clients and summarize them for audit verification - Participate in client inventories, often working independently under team guidance or alongside a colleague - Utilize Excel extensively, including common functions like SUMIF, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, filters, pivot tables, and conditional formatting - Learn and utilize other internal tools to effectively manage audit activities Qualifications Required: - University degree, preferably in Economics - Fluency in both Romanian and English - Confidence in Excel, including common functions and conditional formatting - Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work innovatively and keep pace with a rapidly changing world - Curiosity and purpose-driven approach to seek opportunities and ask better questions - Inclusive mindset that values diverse perspectives - Keen eye for detail essential for a career in Audit - Driven and motivated to pursue a career in professional services Additional Details: EY is committed to creating a better working world by delivering new value for clients, people, society, and the planet while building trust in capital markets.
