Job Description
As a Mechanical Structural Simulation Engineer in the Battery Pack Design team, your role involves contributing to the structural development of cutting-edge battery packs. You will collaborate closely with CFD and testing teams to ensure robust design performance and validation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the structural development of battery packs. - Collaborate closely with CFD and testing teams for design performance and validation. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech in Design Engineering. - Strong grasp of the Finite Element Method (FEM) and hands-on experience with FEA tools (ANSYS Structural is mandatory). - Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling using SolidWorks or Creo (mandatory). - In-depth knowledge of meshing strategies and ability to perform mesh/grid independence studies. - Solid understanding of material behavior, mechanical properties, and manufacturing processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. In this role, experience with thermal-structural coupled simulations and prior exposure to battery systems, automotive components, or energy storage technologies will be beneficial. Familiarity with ANSYS scripting/automation (e.g., APDL) and basic knowledge of fluid-structure interaction (FSI) will also be advantageous for your job as a Mechanical Structural Simulation Engineer in the Battery Pack Design team.,

Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting professional, you will be responsible for organizing and controlling the Finance & Accounts activities of the Unit to ensure compliance of financial systems and facilitate timely closing of company accounts. You will also be managing Working Capital effectively to minimize interest costs. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely preparation of MIS, Financial, Planning & Budgeting, evaluation of Capex, and other reports for effective and timely decision making by Management. - Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Direct, Indirect Taxation, and Commercial laws, exploring and availing all Incentives and Tax benefits. - Coordinate the review of various risks, prepare effective mitigation plans, and ensure full coverage of risk with minimum premium outgo. - Ensure compliance with relevant statutes of the Department and implementation of relevant CFD SOPs. - Facilitate the roadmap implementation of Safety & Sustainability sub-committees to improve compliance levels. - Manage people effectively to improve productivity, growth, and motivation levels of employees. - Optimize costs and integrate resources through Logistic and Scrap Management Committee. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, and commercial laws. - Experience in working capital management, budgeting, and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and implement process improvements.,
