You will be responsible for designing intelligent automation pipelines, integrating advanced LLMs, building autonomous agents, and creating end-to-end systems to accelerate development, operations, financial workflows, and compliance processes, particularly for the flagship SME Growth OS, Rqiip. **Core Responsibilities:** - Build AI-driven automations using LLMs, vector search, structured reasoning, and chain-of-thought systems. - Develop autonomous agents for various tasks including coding automation, quality assurance, financial audit workflows, compliance scoring, fraud detection support, and operational tasks. - Design automated workflows connecting backend APIs, ERP components, Firebase/Firestore, Cloud Functions, mobile apps, and internal operational dashboards. - Collaborate with prompt engineers and developers for AI-driven code automation tasks such as auto-generating components, running automated debugging, producing unit tests, implementing CI/CD AI agents, and maintaining documentation through automation. - Implement automation for accounting tasks, HR processes, inventory operations, CRM workflows, invoice management, reconciliation, and report generation. - Build real-time monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization for AI-driven systems while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and availability across workflows. - Apply strict security standards in handling sensitive financial and operational data, including implementing App Check, auth validation, and secure AI agent access controls. **Key Requirements:** **Technical Skills:** - Strong expertise in AI automation frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, DSPy, CrewAI, or similar. - Experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, Firebase/Firestore, Cloud Functions, REST & GraphQL APIs, and building automation pipelines. - Understanding of vector databases, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-style workflows, and event-driven systems. **AI Engineering Skills:** - Ability to create multi-agent systems, evaluate models, optimize prompts, design chains, and validate AI-driven logic. **Soft Skills:** - High ownership, accountability, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication & documentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-venture environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Background in automation engineering, AI engineering, or intelligent systems. - Experience in fintech or ERP system automation. - Understanding of GCC compliance frameworks (ZATCA, VAT, e-invoicing). - Experience with Flutter or full-stack development is a plus.
