Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and develop customizations on Salesforce.com and Force.com - Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and write technical requirements & design documents - Demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and CPQ product offerings - Engage in discussions with customers/prospects IT teams on technical aspects - Develop approaches to integrate with ERP systems and external apps - Build and present customized demos using force.com platform capabilities - Manage technical project team members onsite and offshore - Run workshops, work closely with clients, and discuss tradeoffs - Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery - Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology and best practices - Work independently, manage multiple task assignments, and collaborate in an Agile environment - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15 years of experience - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 8 years experience in software project implementations related to SaaS, CPQ, and CRM - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Solution Architect in a consulting organization - Expert-level experience on Salesforce.com with certifications for PD-1, PD-2 - Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and deliver to aggressive timelines - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are present in the job description.,
