You will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing utility equipment such as Chillers, air compressor, ammonia system, cold rooms, and cooling towers. Additionally, operating the refinery & bakery ammonia plant will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and Maintain the packing utility equipment including Chillers, air compressor, ammonia system, cold rooms, cooling towers, and Air Dryer. - Maintain the cold room cycle and ensure timely Vanaspati FG delivery to dispatch. - Record and monitor equipment parameters during shifts. - Operate the refinery & bakery ammonia plant, adhering to Safety & food safety Standards & HACCP standards. - Conduct pre-shift risk assessment and Tool box talk with the entire team. - Ensure proper utilization of manpower and sustain 5s & housekeeping in ammonia plant. - Perform online quality checks of cold room parameters and clean & dry vanaspati tins for timely handover to dispatch. - Regularly check machine health and follow maintenance schedules to minimize wastage and damage in respect to oil and packing materials. - Maintain shift records, log book, and ensure proper handover take over procedures.
