Job Description
As an Offshore Process Engineer specializing in Water Treatment for FPSO vessels, you will be responsible for operating and optimizing Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) and Sulphate Removal Package (SRP) systems to ensure safe and efficient oil & gas production. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with offshore and onshore teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training offshore staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to system upgrades and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate, monitor, and optimize SWRO and SRP water treatment systems. - Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system performance. - Conduct preventive maintenance and membrane cleaning. - Analyse performance data and generate improvement reports. - Work closely with both offshore teams and onshore engineering support. - Train and guide offshore staff in system operation and maintenance. - Ensure safety, compliance, and high operational standards. - Contribute to system upgrades, innovation, and new tech implementation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of offshore experience, preferably on FPSO vessels. - Strong knowledge of membrane technologies, SWRO, and SRP systems. - Proficiency in data analysis, instrumentation, and control systems. - Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. - Possession of valid offshore safety and survival certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET). - Willingness to commit to a 4/4 rotation offshore.,
