Job Description
As a WFM Manager, you will be leading a team of WFM Supervisors and/or WFM Analysts to support Operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Workforce Management & Service Delivery for both Internal & External Customers. You will manage a WFM team for 3 to 5 clients, providing leadership and mentorship to support Operations. You will directly handle WFM processes, Client KPIs, and Financial performance across multiple sites and platforms. Your role involves being a checkpoint and reviewer of WFM processes, practices, and output, ensuring efficient staffing levels and occupancy while optimizing resources for maximum service level and seat utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of engagements with Ops team, drive improvement by developing plans, recommending solutions/strategies, and ensuring execution - Develop processes, scorecards, and performance plans for effective team management - Monitor key metrics and scorecard including KPI Scorecard (SL, Line Adherence, B2P/POP), Ops Feedback, and Supervisor Feedback Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in Workforce Management in a multi-site, multi-client, BPO environment - 2 years of experience as a Manager handling multiple programs of various sizes and complexities - 2-3 years of experience in Power BI and knowledge of working on RPF's and RPI - Strong sense of personal stake, ability to forge positive relationships, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and project management experience - Proficiency in staff planning, reporting, and spreadsheet analysis - Hands-on scheduling experience in Blue Pumpkin or Aspect eWFM will be an advantage - Ability to motivate, retain, and attract talent, along with diplomatic and resilient conflict resolution skills In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of Workforce Management processes and driving operational efficiency within the organization.
