Role Overview: As a 1st Line Application Support Analyst at WPP, you will be based in Chennai, providing support to end users for various applications hosted on supported platforms. Your role will involve troubleshooting applications, performing administrative tasks, and responding to incident tickets to ensure the efficient functioning of business objectives.
