Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects like logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and website elements. - Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools for creating and editing designs. - Conduct research to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis. - Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs, using appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques. - Creative thinking to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos. - Attention to detail, a strong eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple designing tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. - Adaptability to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions, with knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing as a plus. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in any stream, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles, will be preferable. - A strong portfolio showcasing various graphic design and video editing projects demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Additionally, you will conduct user research, gather feedback to enhance user experience, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries, optimizing designs for usability, accessibility, and performance. Keeping yourself updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and best practices will also be crucial in this role.
