Job Description
As a CRM Business Technical Lead at Solenis, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust interfaces following recommended best practices, security standards, scalability needs, and high performance requirements using available Salesforce resources. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing data load processes, point-to-point interfaces, or integrations through middleware platforms based on project requirements or client IT standards. - Coordinating with customers" applications and IT teams for interface design, development, and setup. - Defining guidelines and best practices for Salesforce interface design, development, and conducting reviews. - Defining, designing, developing, testing, and deploying interfaces on Salesforce solutions. - Defining integration test plans and test cases, as well as testing integrations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of integration experience as a Salesforce Integration consultant. - Hands-on project delivery experience of at least 7 years with large end-to-end project implementations for enterprise customers, integrating on-premises and cloud applications. - Total Experience of 9-12 years with at least 7 years of Salesforce experience. - Sound understanding of integration architecture standards, technologies, and middleware platforms. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and latest developments on CRM/integration solutions. - Experience or knowledge of other middleware platforms/integration tools. - Experience in designing high volume integration solutions and bulk data loads. - Experience with Middleware and working/integrating with other ERP Systems.
