Job Description
As a Testing and Subsea Tools Supervisor at the company, you will be responsible for supervising, directing, and performing all phases of Testing and Subsea Testing Tools service line equipment on work locations. Your role involves maintaining control of wellbore fluids during well testing and/or perforating, as well as providing essential reservoir information to customers using tools such as Drillstem Testing Tools. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will mentor and train lower-level personnel, and become a dedicated Assessor for junior TT personnel. You will also be capable of working in other Testing and Subsea product service lines on location and in the workshop, participating in high-profile projects, and providing essential planning for the job including equipment setup, well site direction, testing, operating equipment, and customer-related support activities. Your tasks will impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, direct, and perform all phases of Testing and Subsea Testing Tools service line equipment - Mentor and train lower-level personnel - Participate in high-profile projects - Provide planning for jobs including equipment set up, testing, and customer support - Monitor instruments and perform necessary calculations for quality data - Maintain assigned equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Conduct pre-job toolbox safety meetings and review job plans with customers - Demonstrate detailed understanding of downhole hydraulics and basic reservoir characteristics - Complete all job documentation including Job Ticket, Job History Report, CV Metrics/KPI, Job Log, Job Summary, etc. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or similar education - 7 years of Downhole Testing Tool experience - Successfully passed company tests or met task guideline requirements - Met the minimum competency requirements for the Service Specialist II - Testing Tools - Fully knowledgeable in all aspects of Testing & Subsea (Test Tools) service line in the local area - Demonstrated knowledge of basic rig function and equipment - Ability to communicate effectively with other Product Service Line (PSL's) and third parties - Successfully completed cross-training to the level of Specialist I in a minimum of three PSL/sub-PSL, or qualified as a Testing Tool Assessor or conduct Field Service Quality/HMS audits Location: Guru Hargovindji Marg, Mumbai, Monaghan, 400093, India Please note that compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.,

Job Description
As a member of the integrated Site Assessment and Ground Engineering team, your role will involve providing site survey services and developing ground models for bid assessment, design, construction, and operation. Your responsibilities will include: - Offering geohazards expertise across the offshore wind portfolio throughout the project lifecycle - Providing technical oversight in survey and consultancy execution - Managing ground modeling and geohazard for both permanent and temporary works - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating geohazards and obstructions for appropriate depths of interest - Collaborating with safety, consent, and procurement teams to ensure robust execution of works - Working with geoscience teams to build fit-for-purpose ground models for wind farm engineering - Quantifying and presenting ground engineering risks to relevant customers - Collaborating with associated engineering disciplines for safe project delivery - Maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners - Contributing to technology development and sharing knowledge within the geohazards and geophysics communities. In terms of required technical experience, you should have: - Excellent knowledge of industry codes and standards - Project management expertise in site investigation and ground engineering - Proficiency in planning and implementing site investigations - Expertise in geophysical survey and data integration - Experience in geohazard and ground risk management - Fundamental understanding of soil and rock physics - Familiarity with geohazard software - Experience with advanced cone penetration test interpretation and down-hole geophysical logging interpretation - Awareness of machine-learning geo-data integration, foundation design, transmission-system design, and energy yield assessment - Coding/scripting expertise in tools like Matlab and Python. Your professional competencies should include: - Excellent proficiency in English - Effective time management skills - Proven experience in working with distributed teams - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills - Comfort in reporting to senior management. For this role, you should have a degree in Geoscience or Geo-Engineering, along with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience and appropriate professional accreditation.,
