As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for Salesforce development and customization, leadership and strategy, as well as technical oversight and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. - Architect and implement robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. - Oversee data architecture, modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce. - Drive automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Custom Triggers. - Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts. - Define Salesforce roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design scalable solutions. - Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Maintain compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and regulatory standards. - Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, bringing innovation to T2C's solutions. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce development. - Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Async Apex, Apex Enterprise Patterns, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and Integrations. - Good debugging skills on Apex and LWC. - Understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Sharing Settings, Reports, Dashboards, Process Automation tools. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive execution in an agile environment.
