As a BIM Modeler (MEP) at our company in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and efficient modeling of MEP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. - Utilize DIALux for lighting calculations and design. - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the models meet project requirements. - Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to create accurate models. - Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes and issues in the models. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. - Fresher or experienced candidates in BIM modeling. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, DIALux, and MS Office applications. - Previous experience in MEPF projects is preferred.
