As a Performance Marketer at Camveda, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics. Your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques will contribute to the achievement of the brand's marketing objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Responsibilities: - Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Camveda's D2C brand. - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. - Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data and analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategy adjustments. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms, agencies, and influencers, to maximize brand exposure and reach. - Collaborate with the analytics team to develop relevant KPIs, track marketing performance, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital marketing, performance tracking tools, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Key Result Areas (KRAs): - Performance Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute highly effective performance marketing campaigns, achieving predefined KPIs such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue targets. - ROI Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data and leverage insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI. - Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, ensuring effective allocation of budgets and resources for maximum impact. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies, assets, and messaging for consistent brand experience. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports and actionable insights on marketing performance, leveraging data analysis tools and techniques. - Shopify Knowledge: Candidate must have knowledge to create landing pages and website updates for less dependency on website development agencies. - Innovation and Industry Awareness: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and marketing strategies to drive innovation and keep the brand at the forefront of the industry. As a high-potential fresher from the 2025 batch, you will collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to production-quality AI workflows, focusing on modern LLM frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about ML, LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Build PoCs and hands-on projects using LangChain and LangGraph - Implement RAG workflows, including embeddings, retrieval logic, and vector search - Write well-structured prompts using best practices in Prompt Engineering - Evaluate models using metrics such as Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score, etc. - Support development of ML utilities (preprocessing, evaluation scripts, data prep) - Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI components into broader solutions - Document experiments, approaches, and results clearly - Communicate findings and ideas effectively in English.
