Job Description
Role Overview: As a Configuration Lead in Product Implementation within the Healthcare domain, you will be responsible for supporting and leading end-to-end client product implementations under the guidance of Managers. Your role will involve owning delivery quality, ensuring timeliness, and guiding the implementation team towards successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of product implementation plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. - Guide and mentor a team of Implementation Engineers/Configuration Analysts to ensure adherence to defined processes. - Identify risks and dependencies in the implementation lifecycle and proactively resolve them. - Utilize implementation experience to build and refine tools, templates, and reusable assets. - Estimate efforts, define ETAs, and ensure delivery compliance with SLAs. - Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to product and engineering teams. - Manage client demos, escalations, and issue resolution in collaboration with Lead II and Project Managers. - Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. - Set and track OKRs for self and team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Serve as the communication bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams. Qualifications Required: - Product Implementation Leadership: Proven experience leading enterprise product or configuration implementations. - Configuration Management: Expertise in designing and configuring Core Admin systems for healthcare platforms. - Agile Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience working in agile sprints, planning, and backlog refinement. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of client-facing interactions. - Team Leadership: Prior experience managing or guiding a team of analysts or engineers. - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and build/deploy tools. Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Quality & Compliance: Knowledge of configuration best practices, code reviews, and automation tools. - Documentation & Reporting: Ability to maintain gold environments, track configuration activities, and provide status reports.
