As a Quality Control candidate at United, your main responsibilities will include: - Inspecting and testing incoming raw materials such as Polyester fibers, recycled fiber, Bico fiber, packaging materials, MDF, laminates, Aluminum extruded sections, etc. - Establishing and improving process and final product quality checking systems for Non-woven wadding products using PET fiber and customizations processes - Conducting online and offline inspections in-house and from other laboratories, from polyester fiber to packaging materials - Maintaining all quality records, documents, and samples for PET wadding and panels - Collecting product and process-related data, conducting analysis, and preparing MIS reports for management - Handling customer complaints effectively You should have in-depth knowledge of Non-woven fabric, PET fibers, and related products, as well as exposure to Polyester fiber board printing and Digital CNC cutting. Additionally, hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement Environment (TPM/WCM/Six Sigma) is required. As a Field Instrumentation Lead focusing on Boiler systems at Adani Power Limited (APL), your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the operational excellence and reliability of all Control & Instrumentation systems associated with Boiler systems.
