Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Strategy: Design a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap covering SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, and email marketing to achieve measurable growth targets. - Lead Generation: Manage high-performing paid campaigns targeting key international and local demographics interested in Ayurvedic retreats and holistic health. - Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) using Google Analytics.
