Job Description
As a Project Manager - HR Data, you will lead and drive strategic initiatives focused on HR data transformation, integration, and analytics. Your role involves partnering closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to manage high-impact projects related to workforce data management, people analytics, and HR system enhancements. Your work is crucial in improving the accessibility, quality, and strategic use of HR data across the organization. Qualification, Experience & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification preferred. - 5+ years of experience in Project Management domain. - Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects involving HR data and analytics. - Proficiency in project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet, with the ability to tailor tools for effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.,
