Key Responsibilities: - Admissions Coordination: - Interact with parents to provide guidance and address their queries regarding admission. - Assist in converting inquiries into admissions within the given time frame. - Counseling and Support: - Understand parents" needs and provide personalized solutions for their child's education. - Build trust and provide accurate information about the institution's programs and benefits. - Operational and Administrative Support: - Assist the Branch Head/Chief Admin in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions. - Follow-ups and Communication: - Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries. - Ensure timely communication and maintain a high level of customer service. Qualification Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with parents and build lasting relationships. - Sales and target-oriented mindset. - Good organizational and multitasking skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.,
