As a Business Unit Head (Technical & Operations) for the Temperature & Pressure Gauges business division, your role will involve leading the end-to-end technology, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions. The primary objective is to scale the current pilot setup with ~6 Cr annual despatches to ~35 Cr in 3 years. You are expected to be a senior technical leader in the gauges industry, taking ownership of product excellence, operational efficiency, and technology upgrades.
