Job Description
As a Mainframe Operations L2 within Ensono, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services to Ensono's clients. Reporting to the OPS Manager, you will lead a team of Mainframe Operation Support Level I and II Engineers to ensure client expectations are not just met but exceeded. Your responsibilities will revolve around resolving complex technical incidents, providing second-level Mainframe support, and maintaining strong client relationships.
