As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed landscape designs using SketchUp and developing 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion. You will collaborate with the team to refine and present final designs, as well as prepare layout drawings, material boards, and BOQs. Your role will also involve supervising site execution for both softscape (plants, grass) and hardscape (pathways, pergolas, water features). You will coordinate with fabricators (MS structures, pergolas, railings), carpenters (wooden/ply structures, furniture), electricians (lighting, wiring), and labor & mistri (soil work, leveling, stone laying, plantation). It will be your responsibility to ensure quality standards and timely completion, handle procurement coordination, and site-level measurements. Additionally, you will need to report daily progress with photos and updates.
