As an AEP CJA Manager at our company, your role will involve the technical implementation and configuration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to create a unified customer data model and enable cross-channel analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Data collection, data modeling (XDM), report and dashboard development in CJA. - Integrating data from various sources into AEP using AEP Web SDKs and APIs. - Enabling and configuring Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for reporting and analysis. - Partnering with analytics teams to design CJA workspaces that deliver actionable insights. - Ensuring data quality and consistency between AEP and CJA. - Integrating AEP and CJA with external data platforms. - Troubleshooting SDK, data ingestion, and CJA reporting issues. - Documenting technical designs, SDK implementation steps, and CJA governance best practices. - Designing, building, and maintaining solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Developing and optimizing Real-Time CDP workflows. - Collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams to enable real-time customer experiences. **Qualifications Required:** - Overall 8+ years of experience with 4+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP solutions. - Hands-on experience with AEP SDKs for mobile (iOS/Android) and/or web data collection. - Strong knowledge of AEP components such as schemas, datasets, identities, profiles, segments, and destinations. - Practical experience configuring and using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). - Experience with data integration using APIs, ETL, or Kafka. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses. - Understanding of data governance, identity resolution, and privacy frameworks. - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with Adobe Launch and tag management systems. - Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integrations via AEP SDK and CJA. - Experience with server-side event forwarding and Edge Network extensions. - Familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript for SDK customization and data integrations. - Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker. - Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.,
