As an experienced Sales Manager for the Delhi NCR region with a background in electronic component distribution and semiconductor sales, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop and grow sales with OEM, EMS, ODM, and design houses across Delhi NCR - Promote and sell semiconductors, active/passive components, electromechanical parts, and power devices - Drive design-in opportunities with customers and coordinate with principals/suppliers - Build strong relationships with R&D, purchase, and project teams - Identify new customer accounts and convert business opportunities - Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and monthly reporting - Coordinate internally with supply-chain, procurement, and logistics teams - Attend industry events such as Electronica, Productronica, Electronitech, etc. In terms of required experience, you should have: - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in electronic components or semiconductor distribution sales - Experience working with distributors or OEM/EMS supply chain in India - Strong understanding of ICs, MOSFETs, transistors, diodes, capacitors, resistors, connectors, power electronics, and BOM analysis - Existing relationships with OEMs/EMS in Delhi NCR is a strong plus - Ability to achieve quarterly sales targets and manage key accounts independently Please note that this role is strictly for candidates with relevant experience in electronic components or semiconductor sales.
