Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient execution of maintenance activities while leading maintenance operations on-site in compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, procedures, and practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Project delivery during EPCIC / Project Phase - Operational HSE responsibility throughout shipyard, construction, commissioning, and operational phases - Oversight of shipyards construction, MC, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning activities - Management of Shipyard safe systems of work (Permit to Work) - Participation in Operations handover activities and System Completions - Review and comment on maintenance systems commissioning and start-up procedures - Supervision of commissioning operational tests and smooth transition to operational phase - Involvement in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of marine/hull systems/equipment - Contribution to the procurement cycle of Maintenance Services Contract - Review of EPCIC deliverables related to maintenance issues - Assessment of equipment unit specifications for operation phase During the OPERATIONS Phase, your responsibilities include: - Promoting a positive safety culture within the maintenance team - Maintenance, inspection, testing, and operating conditions of all equipment - Operating and monitoring production, utility, safety shutdown, and alarm equipment - Reporting promptly and efficiently on maintenance activities - Development and review of Maintenance Engineering Study, Risk-Based Inspection Study, and PM - Providing input to RAM Study and executing maintenance budget - Monitoring and maximizing production process efficiency - Leading and performing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) tasks - Conducting first-line maintenance activities such as cleaning, greasing, lubrication routines, etc. - Guiding maintenance crews with repairs, replacements, and inspections - Maintaining operations logbooks and records - Troubleshooting problems and initiating work order system in SAP - Performing RCA process for equipment reliability and availability improvement - Optimizing spares and materials consumption for cost-saving - Coordinating work priorities and supervising maintenance crews - Mentoring national and local staff to transfer knowledge effectively - Collecting various equipment samples for laboratory analysis - Performing turnaround activities safely and efficiently You are expected to carry out all duties in a safe, efficient, and environmentally conscious manner, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Offshore facility.,
