As a Technical Lead in Product Engineering at Saarthee, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end technical development lifecycle of cutting-edge technology products. Your responsibilities and duties will include: - Leading the end-to-end technical development lifecycle including architecture, design, implementation, pilot, and production. - Owning the technical design and delivery of one core product while contributing to the engineering direction of others. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready systems. - Defining the technical roadmap and ensuring alignment with Saarthee's long-term product vision. - Driving pilot builds, overseeing MVP iterations, and ensuring timely product launches. - Building and maintaining scalable microservices, APIs, and backend systems. - Overseeing DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture for deployment and optimization. - Conducting code reviews, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining engineering best practices. - Mentoring and guiding a team of developers to foster a culture of ownership, learning, and innovation. - Evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed. - Collaborating with leadership to define engineering metrics and performance goals for product success. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8-12 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role. - Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, with experience in frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Express.js, or Spring Boot. - Expertise in microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps practices. - Familiarity with frontend technologies (React.js/Angular) and data engineering pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Snowflake) preferred. - Experience leading pilot product builds or MVP launches. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional engineering teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - A builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, innovation, and accountability in fast-paced product environments.
